Hi. Im Arlene Joy Grana, a fifth year architecture student.I would like to request interview and data regarding mixed-use development for the requirements of my thesis :
-Target population in Mixed-use development
-Statistics visitor arrival in BGC
(domestic&international)
-Benefits of having mixed-use development in a city
-what problems are encounter or to be solve, why developers/ city wants to develop mixed-use development? 
-Design requirements& guidelines for mixed-use development.
