Greetings!

I am Ivy Joy Javagat, a 3rd-year undergraduate researcher from the University of San Carlos in Cebu City. I am conducting research involving all cooperatives in the province of Cebu.  As part of my data gathering, I would like to request the following documents:

     1. Statements of Financial Position for the years 2014-2020
     2. Statements of Financial Performance for the years 2014-2020
     3. Current Organizational Chart of all Cebu Cooperatives
