Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 06, 2022 01:01:15 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Cooperatives in Iloilo City and their PESOS Score.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the list of cooperatives in Bohol. However, with regards to the COOP-PESOS Score we  regret to inform you that we do not have the data requested because we no longer require cooperatives to submit Coop-PESOS report, hence, we cannot provide the said request.
