I would like to request a copy of the Audited Financial Statements of TADECO Multi-purpose Cooperative for Fiscal year 2017-2020. This includes the following: 
- Balance Sheets
- Cash Flow statement
- Income Statement.

Thank you for your request dated Oct 12, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Audited Financial Statements of TADECO Multi-purpose Cooperatives.

Response to your request
We are constraint to provide you with a copy of Financial Statement of the said cooperative since this is one of the exceptions of Executive Order No. 2, s. of 2016 on “Operationalizing in the Executive Branch the People’s Constitutional Right to Information and the State Policies to Full Public Disclosure and Transparency in the Public Service”. In the memorandum on the inventory of exceptions, No. 5a provides :
    
      " 5. Information, documents or records known by 
             reason of official capacity and are deemed as 
             confidential, including those submitted or  
             disclosed by entities to government agencies, 
             tribunals, boards, or officers, in relation to the 
             performance of their functions, or to inquiries or 
             investigation conducted by them in the exercise of 
             their administrative , regulatory or quasi-judicial 
             powers:  
                 
                 a. Trade secrets, intellectual property, business, 
                      commercial, financial and other proprietary 
                      information.” Xxx(emphasis ours) "

We advise you to secure the copy of the Financial Statements directly from the said cooperative.
