Good morning...

I would like to send an updated list of  CDA Cooperative listing with complete information. This will help us to determined some of our Cooperative that can enjoy the HMO only for Cooperative members. I Hope by this we can easily reached them and explained the importance of having an affordable HMO card for every Cooperative members.
