Good day! I would like to request for the following information:

1. List of cooperatives in the Philippines that were dissolved or delisted from the year 2019 to 2023.
          - date registered
          - date of dissolution/delisted status
          - location (region, province, city/municipality)
          - category (primary, secondary)
          - type (agriculture, multipurpose, producers, etc.)
          - type based on assets (micro, small, medium, large)
          - number of members (male and female)
2. Reasons for dissolution/delisted status of the cooperatives

Please be informed that the latest available data is as of December 31, 2021. Please see the attached list for your reference.
