You asked for List of Cooperatives in Region IV-A (as of DECEMBER 2023).

Response to Request

Good day. Please see attached List of Registered Cooperatives in Region IV-A Extension Office as of December 31, 2023 based on available data provided to ICTS. Please be informed that CDA Region IV-A did not disclose contact details of cooperatives due to data privacy. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairman Joseph B. Encabo at chairman@cda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
