Hi! I would like to request the Top 50 Primary Cooperatives (based on Total Assets) in the Philippines including Govt Coops for the year 2015-2019 (as of 31 December for respective years, please) with the following details:

1. Registration Number
2. Cooperative Name
3. Region
4. Municipality
5. Category (just to make sure they are all Primary cooperatives)
6. Cooperative Type
7. Compliance status
8. Members
9. Employees
10. Net Surplus
11. Total Assets

I think the inquiries on FOI is still suspended due to Covid-19 but may I request an additional info? I just want a Performance Report Rating alongside with Net Surplus and Total Assets Column for comparison purposes of coops that will be included (I think this information is still reported to the CDA since it is a CDA Memorandum Circular (2013-15 to be exact). Thank you!
