Hi! I would like to request for the summary of the statistical data of REPORTING Cooperatives in the Philippines for the year 2021 in terms of the following:

1. Number of Reporting Cooperatives per Region. Ex: Region I - 123, Region II - 4,567, 
and so forth.

2. Number of Reporting Cooperative by Size (large, medium, small, and micro) or assets holding per asset size. Ex. format: 
Large - 678 Billion Php 
Medium - 123 Billion Php
Small - 56 Billion Php
Micro - 8 Billion Php
