You asked for Coop Pesos Scores Of Cooperatives.

Response to Request

This refers to your request for the data on Cooperatives’ Performance
through the Coop-PESOS rating system of the following billionaire
cooperatives, to wit:

1. LKBP - (per masterlist the complete name is "Ligas
Kooperatiba ng Bayan sa Pagpapaunlad")
2. Tagum Cooperative
3. NSCC - (per masterlist the complete name is "Nueva Segovia
Consortium of Cooperatives")
4. FICCO - (per masterlist the complete name is "First
Community Cooperative")

We regret to inform you that we do not have the data requested
because we no longer require cooperatives to submit Coop-PESOS report,
Your right to request a review.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairman Orlando R. Ravanera through chairman@cda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
