I am a student taking up my MBA in Ateneo de Manila-Graduate School of Business. I am currently conducting a study on 3 cooperatives in Central Visayas ( Perpetual Help Community Cooperative, Cebu CFI Community Cooperative, and DCCCO Multipurpose Cooperative). With this, I would like to request the following documents for my research:
1.) Copy of their Annual Report for the Years 2020, 2019 and 2018; and
2.) Copy of their Audited Financial Statements for the Years 2020, 2019 and 2018;
This data will be used solely for academic purposes only.

Your Request
You asked for Annual Report of Top Cooperatives in Central Visayas (PHCCI, DCCCO and Cebu CFI).
Response to Request
Please be informed that your request is under the jurisdiction of CDA Region 7, and they charge a fee to those who request for copies of any reports submitted to their office. We already forwarded your request to them and your contact details so that they can communicate to you directly and inform you of the required fees to be paid prior to the release of said documents.
Further, it is the policy of CDA Region 7 not to provide softcopy of any reports to avoid improper dissemination of information.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairman Joseph B. Encabo at chairman@cda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
