I am a member of the NSCC Multi Purpose Cooperative  with
CDA Reg Number-9520-01003179. 

May I please request for the audited financial statements of said Cooperative for fiscal years covering 2017 and 2018 for investment analysis  purposes.

Bitonio of CDA - Dagupan Extension Office with office address and telephone number 3/F Siapno Bldg., Perez Blvd. Dagupan City / telephone number: (075) 522-8285 and email addresses dagupan@cda.gov.ph, since the requested cooperative is under their jurisdiction.
