I would like to request the following data regarding the Bohol Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative (BOFAMCO):

1. Audited Financial statements from the years 2013-2018;
2. submitted economic survey;
3. by-laws;
4. articles of cooperation;
5. historical data on membership (list of members and the respective year of membership with respective contact numbers) and;
6. list of names and contact numbers of the BOD.
