Our Cooperative is in the process of administering market survey, hence we respectfully request data on:

1.	List of active cooperatives as of date in the Metro Manila area belonging to the following industries as defined by the Philippine Statistics Authority or their equivalent in your database:
a.	Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing
b.	Manufacturing
c.	Wholesale Retail, Trade and Repair of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles
d.	Accommodation and Food Services Activities
e.	Professional, Scientific, and Technical Activities
f.	Administrative and Support Service Activities
