2) List of Collection Efficiency Index (CEI) of the Credit Cooperatives mentioned in no. 1 for the 3rd quarter of 2023

Your Request

You asked for List of Institutional-Based Credit Cooperatives in the City of Manila.

Response to Request

Relative thereto, see attached list of Institutional-based Credit Cooperatives in the City of Manila as of December 31, 2023. However, we cannot provide you with the list mentioned in number 2, as the data you requested is not part of the reports submitted by the cooperatives to the office.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairman Joseph B. Encabo at chairman@cda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
