I refer to my letter of Jun 07, 2021 06:18:03 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Recent Copy of ISSS.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

Kindly spell out ISSP and EODB for clarification, and for what specific purpose do you need this information?  and lastly what office are you referring to? The CDA offices? or the coop offices?

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 01, 2021 01:13:35 AM, your request will be closed.

I refer to my letter of Jun 09, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Recent Copy of ISSS. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Sep 01, 2021.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
