Good day:

I am Dennis Petil, a student from De La Salle University-Dasmarinas.

May I request for the categorized masterlist of CDA registered cooperatives in Region IV (CALABARZON and MIMAROPA) and Region VII (Cebu, Bohol, Negros Oriental and Siquijor) from 2008-2018. If possible, please provide their category if any (Employees, Farm, Credit, Electric, etc.). I am actually interested in their numbers for my research. 

May I also request for their contact details so I could communicate with them for research purposes.
