Good day, I would like to request for information regarding the registered cooperatives as of January 2021. Specifically, I would like to ask for the following information:

1. Cooperative information.
      1.a. Type and category
      1.b. Registration date and number
2. Contact details of cooperatives.
      2.a. Email address(es)
      2.b. Contact number(s)
      2.c. Contact person(s)
3. Complete location (including municipality & street address).

The information will be used for our research in assessing the online presence of Philippine cooperatives.
