Hi! good evening po. I am helping my father to file a case against po sa cooperative na kinabibilangan niya.  He wanted to withdraw na po ang   lahat ng naishare niya including po 200K na franchise fee po na di naman po nangyari para po sa aming sasakyan.  Ayaw po ibigay ng cooperatiba ung fee na naibigay ng tatay ko, eh hindi po makabiyahe na ang sasakyan. Gusto po sana naming bawiin ung pera. wala naman pong contract na napirmahan ang tatay ko at resibo lamang po ang aming nakuha.  Humihingi po sana kami ng tulong sa inyo.  Salamat po sa information na maitutulong niyo sa amin,

You may send your letter to Executive Director Ray R. Elevazo and send to oed@cda.gov.ph. Kindly indicate the name and address of the cooperative and your complaint. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairman Orlando R. Ravanera / email address: chairman@cda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
