You asked for information about I Phil savings and cooperative.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

This is in response to your request for information about I Phil Savings and Credit Cooperative. 

The IPHIL SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE is registered with CDA Cebu Extension Office with Registration No. 9520-1070000000038814 dated August 24, 2017 located at Shoppe 103 Coco Mall Bldg., Osmena Blvd., Capitol Site, Cebu City. It is a credit type of cooperative with an area of operation within Region VII. The CDA Cebu Extension Office issued a Cease and Desist Order for I Phil Savings and Credit Cooperative on June 9, 2021 for the investment-taking and networking activities, recruitment of members outside the area of operation and acceptance of savings/time deposits from members without written policies and records to support its current operation. 

Your right to request a review
