I refer to my letter of Feb 25, 2020 03:08:25 AM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Financial Statement of MAGSIGE-MPC.

Our response to your request is due on Mar 17, 2020 03:08:25 AM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because the data needed is not available in the CDA Central Office and the same has been coordinated with the concerned CDA Extension Office. Further, this Authority has implemented  work from home arrangements relative to the enhanced community quarantine due to the COVID 19 outbreak.

I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Apr 14, 2020 03:08:25 AM.

Dear Elton Glenn,

I refer to my letter of Feb 28, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Financial Statement of MAGSIGE-MPC. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 22, 2020.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
