Hi, I would like to verify if the LAND UTILIZATION AND PRODUCTIVITY FOR ALL (Mcm Global Land) or also know as L.U.P.A. is legitimated NGO that offers "Murang Pabahay"  sa tulong ng government agency.

1. sila po ba ay katuwang ng government, particular sa programa ng ating Pangulo patungkol sa mga pabahay?

2. they claimed also na matutulungan nya kami sa tulong  ng pagibig, makakuha ng murang pabahay.

3. additional info: upon membership meron pong bayad na around 700 plus for the benefits of LUPA members
eg. ATM Opening Account (Mastercard) - Php 250.00, Insurance Php 500.00 ect.
