Good day.
I would like to request a copy of the Show Cause Order issued against the Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO) dated July 26, 2021.
This document is important in preparation for the forthcoming Annual General Membership (AGMA) on the 3rd Saturday of May 2022 pursuant to the PALECO Amended Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws Article III Section 3.
The General Assembly has the right and privileges as embodied in Article II Section 6 of our By-Laws, to know the current standing of our cooperative.
