Hi Sir/Madam,

I would like to request for the latest directory of cooperatives in the Philippines for our research and proposal development intended for the National Livestock Program.  We will be conducting a survey and we wanted to get in touch with the different cooperatives which might have opportunities to be engaged in our research.
