I would like to request the names of the directors (board of directors) of Professional Multi-Services Cooperative (PMS Coop.) with business address at Don A. Roces Ave, Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila from the year 2000 up to 2020 (or latest year with available information).

Just an additional clarification: the data (names of the board of directors) should be coming from the corresponding Cooperative Annual Progress Report (CAPR) submitted by the cooperative in question for each year specified in the request.

Thank you for accepting the request.  Another clarification, please include the names of all officers listed in the CAPR (board of directors and all other officers) of the cooperative in question for the year 2000 to 2020 (or whatever year has latest available information).
