You asked for Social Audit Report of Cooperatives in Ilocos Sur.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the Memorandum we issued to Director Josefina B. Bitonio of CDA - Dagupan Extension Office since the cooperatives you requested is within their jurisdiction.
