HI,
I would like to request for the 2019 list of all active cooperatives in the Philippines so I can send them a proposal for a Sun Life Group Insurance which their members might be interested in. I previously requested last year under ref. no. CDA-144700681281for GMA only. I am now requesting for an updated list for 2019 for the whole Philippines.
Same as my previous request, kindly include the email addresses of the point person/HR/Finance and contact number so I can send the proposal accordingly.
