 I am currently in my dissertation works relative to agricultural cooperatives. In this  connection may I request for the financial statements of the attached list of cooperatives in Bulacan covering the years 2013-2017. The said information will solely be used for research purposes.

Maimpis, San Fernando, Pampanga / telephone number: (045) 963-5104 and email address Pampanga@cda.gov.ph, since the requested cooperatives is under their jurisdiction.
