Hello. I would like to request the most recent masterlist of all of the laboratory cooperatives in the Philippines issued a Certificate of Registration. Please include, if possible, number of members, declared asset size, and operating net surplus, as well as their regions of operation and their respective affiliate Guardian Cooperatives.
