Hi! I would like to request for the annual report data for the years 2018, 2019, and 2020 and other profile data of the multi-purpose cooperatives in La Union and Region 1. Please include at least the following:

- Cooperative Name,
Registration Year,
- Address Location,
- Contact person, designation, and contact number/email address,
- Area of Operation,
- Bond of Membership,
- Asset Size,
- Paid-up capital (2018, 2019, 2020),
- Count of members (2018, 2019, 2020),
- Total assets and liabilities (2018, 2019, 2020),
- Net surplus (2018, 2019, 2020),
