Good day! I would like to request information about cooperatives in Region 8

Specifically and I respectfully request for the following:

1. The name of cooperatives in breakdown according to classification (micro, small, medium cooperatives)

2. The name, registered address, date of registration/dissolution and type

3. The number of registered per year and those dissolve per year accordingly.
 
I humbly ask for the available data recorded from 1800 to 2021 of the cooperative recognized by the government [Spanish/American/Japanese/Philippine].
