I would like to request for a list of cooperatives that are engaged in agriculture or agri-related activities. Please include following information in the list
- name of cooperative
- region, province and municipality where the coop is registered
- date of registration
- type of cooperative
- primary, secondary or tertiary category of cooperative
- email address of the cooperative, contact person (if any)
- number of members (total, male, female)
- activities or business of the cooperative (if available)
- asset size as of 2019
- area of operation
