Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to get a copy of the list of all cooperatives in the Philippines. The list provided to me recently did not include all cooperatives, unfortunately, but still have provided immense use. I highly appreciate you've honored my initial request. 

This updated request is purely academic and for research, geared towards developmental projects with our cooperative sector.
