I would like to request a List of Registered Credit Surety Fund Cooperatives in the Philippines as of 2023. Would it be possible that the database contains the contact details and members of the CSF cooperatives.

This shall be used for Research and Development and Policy Formulation of programs relating to the DA. Thank you!

Your Request

You asked for List of Registered Credit Surety Fund Cooperatives in the Philippines as of 2023.

Response to Request

In response to the request. Here is the softcopy of the Statistics of CSF Cooperative as of April, 2023 together with its contact numbers and email addresses.

We cannot provide the data of each CSF member cooperatives because we are in the process of completing the same. We suggest that you may email the request directly to the CSF cooperative members concerned.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairman Joseph B. Encabo at chairman@cda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
