Good day, I would like to request for the following document for the purpose of academic research. 

- Clark Airbase Hospital Architectural Plans
- All documents relating to the Clark Airbase Hospital that might be useful for research regarding adaptive reuse.

I would also like to ask regarding the Clark Airbase Hospital:

1. Is Clark Airbase Hospital still good for adaptive reuse?
2. If the said hospital will architecturally and structurally be used as a therapy center in the future?
3. Is there a scheduled/planned demolition for the Clark Airbase Hospital?

Your FOI request is approved. Having secured the requested information and clearance from concerned CDC unit, the requested information was emailed to you.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as the concerned Office does not have the information regarding the Clark Airbase Hospital Architectural Plans.
