You asked for List of 2022 CDC Locators.

Response to your request

As advised by the concerned CDC unit, the requested information cannot be disclosed in compliance to company policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 which requires the consent of CDC-registered companies / locators.

We refer instead the Corporation’s Annual Report with market and / or trade-related information that could be of use to your study.   Said publication can be accessed in our company website thru this link:  https://www.clark.com.ph/AboutUs/transparency_seal/Annual_Reports/CDC_2021_Annual_Report_new.pdf

Alternatively, you may contact the Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA) directly on your request thru the contact information published on their website at this link: https://www.clarkinvestors.com/.   The said association is in the best position to determine if your products and services will be beneficial to the business interest of CILA and/or its members/locators.   

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to CDC President/CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera via email:  Agnes.Devanadera@clark.com.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
