Maldonado 11:28 AM, May 20, 2020

Hello! The design project I am working on is an apartment hotel in Clark Global City, Philippines.
The national accommodation standards from the Department of Tourism of the Philippines has a specific star grading system for hotels, resorts, and apartment hotels.

According to its accreditation standards:
1. Does it apply to every situation? Do I have to do it in order to get the hotel business approval?
2. Is there another regulation or standard for the hotel business approval?
