I am writing to formally request the following:

1. An available buildable area or lots within the Clark Freeport Zone and New Clark City designated for Recreational or Mixed-Use Development, with a minimum area of 100,000 square meters (10 hectares) or larger.

2. Title Certificate of Title (TCT) or comprehensive Land Description of the lots.


I assure you that the requested land will be exclusively employed for educational purposes.

For a 10 Hectares Site, we don't have available data on this as the available size is only 50,000 sq. m.
