Hi! I would like to request for the following information:

1.) The companies with 50 year leases from the CDC

2.) Companies that have a 50 year lease with the CDC and were granted an additional 25 years.

3. If not available, what is the longest lease granted by the CDC?

This refers to your request lease-related information of CDC locators asking for the list of companies with 50 year leases and granted an additional 25 years with CDC for your feasibility study for a new business venture.   

As advised by the concerned CDC unit, the requested information cannot be disclosed in compliance to company policy and that disclosure of such will require the prior consent of CDC-registered companies / locators.
