May I please respectfully request for the following information:
1. Table of Organization of the Board Secretariat including Positions and Salary Grades
2. Existing manpower complement of the Secretariat including Executive Assistants for Directors, if any, including other personnel detailed to the Secretariat or under Contract of Services, Consultancy, etc.
3.  List of Board Committees and frequency of board and committee meetings.
