Hi, 

I would like to get a copy of the existing list of incentives of Clark Freeport zone to all its incoming locators. I understand that this will be impacted by the new CREATE bill but I would like to understand business incentives if you are a Lessee (developers) and a sublessee (Business) inside Clark Freeport Zone.
