Hi, I would like to request for the following document for the purpose of academe research. 

1. Clark Airbase Hospital Architectural Plans

I would also like to ask about the Clark Airbase Hospital

1. Has the structural integrity conducive for Adaptive Reuse 
2. If the said hospital will architecturally and structurally be used as the new proposed Clark Museum. 
3. Will there be a demolition for the Clark Airbase Hospital?

You asked for Clark Airbase Hospital Architectural Plans.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is partially approved.  Having secured the requested information and clearance from concerned CDC unit,  some of the requested info were emailed to you.  

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as  in this instance this Office does not have the said information, particularly the Clark Airbase Hospital Architectural Plans.

We trust that this would be of use to your academic research.
