Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally request the following:

1.  An available 3 buildable area or lots within the Clark Freeport Zone and New Clark City designated for Institutional or Recreational zoning, with a minimum area of 50,000 square meters (5 hectares) or larger.

2. Title Certificate of Title (TCT) or comprehensive Land Description of the lots.

3. Documentation confirming the property's Tax Declaration.

I assure you that the requested land will be exclusively employed for educational purposes.
