Foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience for we just recently restored access to the eFOI portal.   

Your FOI request is approved.  Upon checking with the appropriate unit/(s), the available data we have is the total direct employees in Clark numbering 128,239 employees as of June 2019.
