Hi, Please kindly give us a copy of the CCTV footage of the motor vehicle accident that happened on inside CDC Road along the stoplight which involve a motorcycle and a Red Mitsubishi Lancer Ex 2013 with plate number UNQ 464. The incident was reported and documented by the traffic management group and we were advise to submit a request for documentation copy. The accident happended around 5:20am - 5:50am on Oct 28, 2023.

I would like to ask how we can get a copy, of the video, should we get an appointment with the CDC TRAFFIC OFFICE? Or is there a different office that would provide the copy of the CCTV VIDEO REQUESTED?
