You asked for Implementing Rules and Regulations in relation to collection of 5% tax on Gross Income Earned.

Response to your request

We are sending you a copy of the Investor's Guide where you can find a section on tax and duty-free incentives (page 2).  This material can be retrieved via CDC's website thru this link: https://www.clark.com.ph/?Category=DOWNLOADS.  Please click "Investor's Guide (Annex A)".
