I'm writing to formally request the following:

1. An accessible buildable area or lots in the Clark Freeport Zone allocated for Recreational or Mixed-Use Development, having a minimum area of 100,000 square meters (10 hectares) or more.

2. Title Certificate of Title (TCT) or a complete Land Description of the Lots.

3. Documentation certifying the property's tax declaration.

I promise you that the proposed land will be used strictly for educational purposes (Thesis) .
