We would like to request for the list of Clark Freeport locators for our annual business planning.  This will crucially help our organization in prospecting with the ultimate purpose of serving the financial needs and requirements of our Clark investors.  

The document will be solely used for the purpose of organizational planning and will be handled with great confidentiality.

Dear Ms. Sagcal:

Upon verification with the concerned unit on the status of your request, we inform you that the response letter was mailed on 24 January 2022, and was emailed on 11 February 2022 which was received by your office on 11 February 2022.

The said letter stated the company policy and compliance to the Data Privacy Act which requires prior consent from locators as reasons why the requested information cannot be disclosed.
