Good Day, I would like to request some documents for the purpose of academic study.

Q1. Old Clark Airbase Hospital Architectural and Structural Plans
Q2. All documents relating to the Clark Airbase Hospital that might be useful for my research.
Q3. And contact information, mail and cellphone number if possible, to whom it may concern where we can send our formal letter requesting the said documents.
