Hi, I would like to request the following information

1) Bayanihan Park is being managed by Sm Clark, in what kind of contract/agreement does SM Clark and CDC has regarding the Bayanihan Park/Terminal? 
2) Did SM bought that lot that lot or was it being leased? 
3) How many years and when did the agreement start and will end?
4) May I also ask for an update with regards to my last request with the tracking number of #CDC-250386313800?
